Download section of the ECPGR Tomato Database
All information of the ECPGR Tomato Database is downloadable as Excel files. The passport file contains all passport data and decoding tables except the FAO institutes table which is available on the Wiews website (PGR > Download).
The characterization file contains all available scores following the minimum descriptor list for Tomato (see section: Description).
